Title: Dreary Day
Post by: Perplexed1 on March 30, 2006, 10:41 AM
Dreary skies clouds hanging low
Heavy eyes can barely peep
Swollen with moisture rain ready to flow
Rest little one its time for sleep

Thats great VooDoo but perplex wrote a "Quatrian"   a quatrain is a poem or stanza of four lines. It is a very popular form of poetry. Famous poets like William Blake and T. S. Eliot used quatrains.. :)

a Haiku is a poem of 5-7-5 syllables ..they both our cool and fun to write ...we have an ongoing [qua]train, np pun intended,  here if you would like to join in...
