FINGERS IN THE FRUIT JAR

tiny fingers curl
around juicy peach-filled locks
cooing with delight

A-Mourning,

Thanks for the kind critique, Kay.  I was hung up on gooey because it was for a fact just that, but I've edited to "juicy" which I think is a better alternative word.
Thanks, Witt, too for stopping by to read.  This is the first haiku I've ever posted anywhere.  I am just beginning to play with words and give it a try.

Hi again, Glory.  I like this.  Cute.  I just love haikus.  They are my favorite.  I like the freedom to just let go and write something silly.  I am very hard on myself when it comes to my writing.  It's nice to have a form just to have some fun.  If you enjoy this form, join us in the Haiku Tag section.  I am there A LOT!  haha.   ;D  I just can't seem to stop!
