Haiku Tag

Ok. Now I get it. I found out how to play Haiku Tag.

It is simple. You take the last line of the haiku before you and use it as the first line of yours.

Let's have at least two guidelines besides that one. It must be about nature and the haiku must adhere to the 5-7-5 syllabic pattern.

I'll start it off with a previous haiku.

The dragonfly says
Hurry. Before you know it
Summer will be gone.

Now, the next person must begin their haiku with

                    summer will be gone

Remember to stick with the 5-7-5 pattern and the haiku must be about nature.

The next person must begin their haiku with the last line of the one before it, on and on.

Get creative!

ok cool this should be fun to see what everyone comes up with

Summer will be gone
Soon the breeze will turn frisky
Reviving Fall's charm
Never Let Yesterday's Pain
Ruin Tomorrow's Dreams

Reviving Falls charm,
in the canyons of my mind

Colors fill the void
From out of that gray darkness
Rainbows of pure hope.

Shining rays of love,
Resplendant light thru darkness,
Morning's constant rise.

Lightening's whip cracks
Opening the darkest cloud.
Pent up rage released.

Pent up rage released
churning waters break their bounds
escape their prison
A smile warms a cold day.
