EEK On Elderly

EEK on Elderly

After becoming elderly I have adopted a more considerate and
kinder disposition.  I let women walk beside me now and before
any romatic rendezvous I will put my teeth in a sanitzed glass
and load my mouth with green tic tacs.  Currently I am not
dependant on depends and I only tell the same stories every
two hours at most.  Yes, I do strap my glasses to my neck and
carry one of those little plastic change holders with pennies.

I am old school and keep quarters handy in case I need to use
a booth pay phone or to tip if the bill is over fifty dollars.
I still lie and put 6 foot tall on my drivers license even
though I have shrunk 4 inches. I tell people I look like Elvis
since I dye my hair and side burns jet black. I brag my abs get
larger each year since they are above my belt most of the time.

What I miss most of my youth is my ability to remember my name
when I visit my family on Thanksgiving. When reminded I am
wearing one red and one green sock I say I am practicing for
Christmas season.  I have increased my naps from 1 hour to six
since my body is in training for the long sleep.  Just in case I ever
pass this way again I hope its not wearing this toothless grin.

Crikey Weave! That's a horror tale.  :tongue

A well written, made me laugh, tale that is quite scary.
