Coach, out of the three vid's you've posted this is the one your confidence in your writing shows in speech and delivery. And the piece that has the flow!
The other two pieces may be more personal or your not so secure in the quality, I'm not sure...but you might want to slow yourself down just a little, give people time to absorb your poetry, what you're actually saying.
