Halo, I have no idea where this was taken, but it reminds me of the sand dunes in Kill Devil Hills, NC between Kitty Hawk and Nags Head.
Beautiful place.

A-FRIEND, this photo was taken while driving past the lookout at Arthur's Seat, overlooking Port Phillip Bay, south of Melbourne.
Arthur's Seat is near Dromana on the map.
