Witt, I'm jealous! I wish I could write as eloquently as you tat:blusmoke
I believe in making the world safe for our children, but not for our children's children, because I don't think children should be having sex.

And with my heart
I'll send you a bow
Cinch them together
And it will show
Wilting is only a symbol
Of new beginnings;
Evidence of things we trow
The things we had from the start...
This flower and my heart.

This came to me as soon as I read your tat, dear Witt.
Mind you, I have no idea if this is tat or not, but it seemed right at the moment.
With your permission of course.
Stop looking at the light. Instead, look at what is being illuminated by the light.

I just found this Witt.

Of course, I like the poem, and of course, I like the tat.  But, what is awesome to me, is the combination of the two.  For a very well written and beautiful poem, and a very well tatted heart, to accompany each other in this way, makes a sum, which is much greater than their parts.

What a wonderful idea, to send to someone as a gift; two magnificent things that you have created.

An action promulgated out of desperation will inevitably end in tragedy; for as its anagram so aptly foretells:  A rope ends it.

Thank you for stopping by the boutique, Allen.

Yes, this is something new that I have been trying and the idea has been well-received. It's just a little extra to go along with the tatting.

I made a doily of stars for a bride-to-be a few weeks ago and attached a little ditty. If I can find my scan of it, I'll put it in with the poem.

Thank you again for your support.
