Touch Me Haiku Tag
« on: November 15, 2007, 07:19 PM »
the bear paw opens
each print spreads like a season
there are more than four

(what I had in mind was Haiku about touching nature,
something to do with fingerprints, the hands, leaving your prints
on something, or something to do with touch)
time to move on. thanks for the memories.

Their colors start to blend;
Fall is fingerpainting
The tree-lined lane's leaves.

"That will grow again,"
Words that gardeners whisper,
Patting soil o'er seeds.

plump inside your hand
earthworms wriggle for freedom
ache for soil's return
I believe in making the world safe for our children, but not for our children's children, because I don't think children should be having sex.
